Detailed Description
The course will be customized to the needs of the participants. In principle, it will provide an overview of the current state of knowledge in the field of public management (Public Management and New Public Management) with the main focus on experience sharing to learn how to use or improve methods and instruments and successfully transfer knowledge into operations.
Leadership of this course is shared by Prof. Dr. Jürgen Reese and Dr. Werner Killian.
Both are senior Professors with an impressive track record in the academic community and business world and possess a significant amount of published articles and books addressing new public management transformation and implementation.
If necessary the course will be taught in both English and Arabic. The lecturers will be assisted by a native Arabic speaking professional to translate the subject to the Arabic language and to bridge any language barrier.
