Leadership of this course is shared by Prof. Dr. Jürgen Haritz , Bert Gochermann or Dirk Chur , each of them with more than 15 years experience in People Management and Development. Additionally, they will be assisted by a group of experienced operational HR Mangers who are either still working or have been working in the field of HR for many years.
The course will be designed to match the needs and maturity level of your corporation. We will build on your existing tools, instruments and processes.
